At ISAVORIA Eco Chic Resort you can feel safe. For greater security and better service, breakfast is served by trained staff in an open space with enough distance between the tables or, upon your request, we can provide you with the extra provision of room service.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
Check out at 11.00 and Check in at 15.00 to have the necessary time for the thorough cleaning & disinfection of the rooms.
ROOMS
– Regular and diligent cleaning and disinfection of rooms, common areas and air conditioning based on specific strict protocols
– Antiseptic wipes in the room upon arrival
– Natural and intensive ventilation
– Immediate response to emergency cleaning
BEACH
– Adequate distances on sunbeds according to health protocols
GENERAL RULES & COMMON AREAS
– Natural and intensive ventilation of all countries
– Clearly established cleaning and disinfection cycles at all points
– Regular and intensive training of all staff in preventive measures and personal hygiene
– Provision of personal protective equipment (e.g. masks and gloves) upon request
– Use of gloves & masks by staff where they work and based on health protocols
– Visible placement of hand sanitizer in common areas
– Frequent cleaning and washing of high-traffic areas and high-touch surfaces, including corridors, stairs.
– Implementation of measures for adequate distance keeping in public areas
– Continuous updating and compliance with the instructions of the competent bodies
